Beautiful location, but the contract is horrendous. The contact is full of nasty stuff like giving them the right to sell your land, on your behalf, without your consent, for 90% of the purchase price. Among other nasty special clauses, they also won't allow a standard two weeks subject to finance clause.Don't bother purchasing here as they won't accept any changes to their unreasonably one sided contract.

At the moment I am only giving the supposedly great Glenlee regional park 1 star. Because all it is, as far as I can see at present, is ONLY a big, big playground catering for the young ones. How about thinking about the older residents too? Will there be any trees? A barbecue facility? A place to seat and read a book for old people like me? A walking path or a bicycle track? When I bought my block, I was told a big park (approximately 160m x 80m) will be constructed in front. Just a great selling speech by the sales rep. I have envisioned trees and shrubs of greens, wooden benches and walking paths. I was not anticipating just a big playground and mostly brown bark chips on the ground.. If there are any other plans for some greenery and senior-friendly seats and walks, let the residents know. I suppose I just have to wait till the Sparrowvale project is completed to enjoy a walk in the park. The big question is when would that be?
