Went into their store yesterday to grab 1 box of tiles, we were told that we had to go to the Rochedale warehouse to order/pick up and that today was the last day before Christmas that we could get tiles. Tried calling several times to order, but no answer. Drove out to them and were told yesterday was the last day. Very frustrating to have been given wrong information by the store. Had I known, I would've gotten them yesterday! Now I have to wait til after New Year to get tiles to tile the outdoor bbq area when it could've been finished prior to Christmas. Not happy.

Elisabeth Fabris was very helpful in guiding us through different tiles and styles and what combination works well together. She gave us so much info in addition to what we needed. Would come back here again. Thank you Elisabeth and Beaumont tiles ☺️

Today I visited beaumont tiles at browns Plains, I was greeted by a lady who wasn't very helpful, didn't seem friendly nor looked like she wanted to be there. I left that store and travelled to your store at Springwood (I live in flagstone so bit of a drive). Elisabeth served me and provided the most amazing service. So much that I wanted to let her manage know that she was so helpful, explained everything, provided suggestions and was overall fantastic. She even accommodated our tribe of kids lol will highly recommend her and will be back as the Reno's continue.Thanks

Beaumont Tiles Springwood are excellent in their professionalism and helpfulness everytime I go down there. They are the best Beaumont in Brisbane! They are outstanding in their knowledge, service, ideas and suggestions. I cannot speak more highly of them, and I will certainly be recommending the Springwood showroom team to everyone!Well done, Guys! 10 out of 10!!
