The IRE team have been nothing but amazing since I became a client in 2017. Their streamline and professional approach in finding and maintaining tenants brings peace of mind on my end.Everyone in the office is always so pleasant and I feel welcomed every time I step foot in the building. I've had Alice as my property manager for around 2 years, and I must say, it is a very pleasant experience. More than just trust and reliability, Alice seems to proactively manage the property, keeping an eye on everything's due date, and giving me lots of notice. I trust Alice to always make the best decision, and that really paid off, as my tenants always seem to be fantastic.

Very slow moving company. Applied for several rentals with them and 2 weeks later they send unsuccessful emails.I picked up a rental in the meantime through another company after 24 hours of our application. Made me realise how slow this company takes to get back to you. I also rang during this time for an update on our application and spoke to Lexi? Think she needs to work on her attitude and people skills

We have just started our second 12 month lease through Infinite real estate and really enjoy having them manage the property. They were incredibly helpful when we secured the property in the middle of the rental crisis in qld that is still going. They have been fast with all maintenance and stay in regular contact. Signing up for a second 12 month contract was a very easy decision and they were fantastic when communicating between us and the lovely owners! We have been approved for a second dog as well which sweetens the deal! I highly recommend Vicki, Philippa and the team! Our property manager has been a delight for the 3 years we've rented from Infinite Real Estate. I sent an email late Sunday afternoon and the next morning 9.05am, I had the trade on the phone booking the repair for the same morning! I hadn't even read the reply email from them yet. Very happy with them so far!
