I highly recommend the Macarthur Solar team. We started looking at solar options more than 18 months ago and were close to signing a contract with a different company but held off when I noticed red flags and started to have last minute reservations. Upon hearing of my sister’s great experience with Macarthur Solar I contacted them for a quote on 9/9/2022. I had LOTS of questions which Tim patiently and promptly responded to (without the hard sell) in MULTIPLE emails, often several times a day as one question and explanation often led to another. He also provided his phone number for me to call after hours. After deciding a solar system would be a good investment for our family, I contacted three more companies for quotes and found Macarthur Solar’s quote to not only be highly competitive but without a doubt the most comprehensive. We decided to go ahead and purchase from them a Hyundai Green Energy UF Series 10.92KW Solar System and Solar Edge Three Phase Inverter and paid the deposit. Less than two weeks later, we had our new system.I cannot speak more highly of Mathew and his team who handled the installation. The boys were professional and the process from start to finish was seamless and expertly handled. Mathew went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, even stopping our dog who was barking madly from racing out the door when I opened it, and taking a video of our non-functional whirlybird to show me after I enquired about a noise on our roof. After installation, when I had some challenges with my Energy Provider, Tim continued to respond expediently to messages and provide support. The after sales service has truly been exceptional.As a family of five adults, we use a significant amount of electricity each day and our bills were becoming more and more prohibitive. From the data available from my energy provider I believe that since installation we have sold more electricity back to the grid each day than what has been imported - leaving us in credit. Thank you Tim and Mathew for your honesty, patience and hard work, without a doubt experts in the field. I could not be happier with our timely investment and how the solar system is working for us!

Great Service from a local business!After discussing all the details with Tim we decided to go with the Hyundai Green Energy panels with micro inverters on each panel. Allison was great at co-ordinating the install and then organising the update to our power box by our electricity provider (alot of company's leave this for you to do). I am sure her involvement saved us a couple of weeks in getting the system up and working. Also Enphase (inverter provider)has an app -so I can see daily how much energy has been produced. Very Happy with this local professional company!!

This solar business is the best I have dealt with - by a long way! After years of very unsatisfactory dealings with other companies, I would like to say it was a great relief to find such a professional company. My problem was fixed in less than 24 hours.They invoiced me exactly what I was quoted( no extra charges) and answered the phone every time I tried to contact them. I recommend Macarthur Solar as being a stand out in customer service and for outstanding professional capabilities!

Instillation was a breeze with a crew who kept us informed, showed up on time and did an incredible job. Their after sales service has also been top notch. Quality from start to finish.Provided a comprehensive and detailed quote, listened to what I wanted in a system, came and did a site inspection and answered all my technical questions. During the install their in-house team arrived on time, did an very professional job and left the site clean.Would (and have) recommend to anyone in the area.

Mathew and the team were fantastic from start to finish. I organised a quote for a high quality solar system and Mathew was responsive and transparent with what was needed. On the day of installation the technicians installed the system and did not leave even a bit of mess. The system was up and running right away and the phone app functionality is great. Once I had signed the documents on completion I quickly heard from my electrical company saving they had received the necessary documents from Macarthur Solar and would proceed as soon as possible. A truly professional company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a quality solar install.

Great quoting, friendly informative and pricing was comparative. Installation was done in one day by an awesome team. Set us up for battery if we wanted to add in future. Now looking forward to savings
