Anne provided a safe space that assisted me with an exploration and transformation of old patterns that just don’t work for me anymore! Anne invited me to engage with the situation I was experiencing in a creative, dynamic and embodied way. This is really where I felt the shifts occur. This is not just talk therapy. It’s much more. We live with our whole body, not just our words, so being invited to express with my body was wonderful and I truly felt a release and shift. Thanks Anne!

I've been told I'm a difficult client so I was hesitant about doing more counselling work but Anne's stillness, directness, open-ness and integrity in the space she holds took me to a surprising and new place. I was initially cynical having worked with many people before in many process so I wasn't expecting actual transformation to occur. But I got it.
