The way you had curtains up straight away and even offered a trial in case my daughter didn’t like them. Good customer service is hard to find now days but exceptional service with the added consideration for my daughter and her disability is rare. Thank you so much for providing her with a safe and comfortable home with curtains that suit her needs.

The customer service is terrible.First the brought around the wrong size curtain rail which I do understand was a fault from the factory (but you could have measured it & checked it was correct before you arrived at my house as it wasn’t even close to the correct size).Then they won’t call you back when they say they’re going to. I had to chase them up to find out when they were coming to install my curtain rail after them being over an hour late BOTH times that they were supposed to come, finally finding out that they were not coming until the following day. I understand that there was an issue with staff but how hard is it to call me back & let me know what’s happening or apologise for inconveniencing me.After all that did I even get an apology for any of this. No, all I got was “I don’t need a lecture” when I told the boss I was unhappy.
