I would recommend HPP to anyone, for their most amazing expertise whenever myself or family have needed tune ups, injury rehabilitation and general great health and lifestyle. Whether a broken shoulder or knee reconstruction, Jenna, Ryan and team have been instrumental in optimal function, movement and strength in a really positive way. From zero, and excruciatingly painful, knee functioning to full function post op in 8 weeks - pretty unbelievable, but true. Their guidance with this journey has again proved their high standards and outcomes.

I have just had my 3rd visit here and my injury is improving to no end. Very friendly staff and the physio that im seeing is talented, professional, and thorough.

Tim and Ryan have been treating me for years for a variety of injuries, from work related problems to chronic sports injuries to post-op recovery. Highly recommend, always get me back to 100% quickly.

When you go there, ask for Duncan. Great dude and fixed my ankle in about 10 seconds. The rest of the staff were pretty good, too.

Highly recommend. Went recently due to a lower back injury flare up and TJ was great at knowing just how to manage it. Helping me get back on track and back to work!The centre is small but personal. Staff are friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if/when needed.

Best physiotherapists I have ever encountered. Bar none. Basketball, Rugby, Netball, Ballet, Cycling, getting and falling apart, also working too much with baf posture.They help you identify and rectify it all.
