Avoid the Rouse Hill Store like the plague, if you ever wanted to get anything from Dusk ever again or if you weren’t white. Walked in and sales assistant looked at me and didn’t bother greeting me and literally one sec later greets another customer next to me. I walk around for 5 to 10 mins thinking someone would serve me but not one greeting, not one offer to help. I had to find someone despite three sales people on the floor to get help and don’t even get eye contact during service and they couldn’t get away from me quick enough to provide any further service other than answer a question. Put me off buying anything from Dusk if they hire wanky people like that.

Love the aromatic ambience in the Dusk stores. Good place to shop for candles, burners etc for your home and for gifting.

Staff could be a bit nicer. White staff members didn’t say a thing to me. White customer behind me got attention. This was 25th of February 2023. I promise you I won’t come back again.

Dusk is an experience...candles for all wants although a little pricey but the wife is hooked so we are there at every opportunity

Most of the candles scents are a fabrication none of my old favourites. Got what I hope will be a good gift but me expectations have been lowered in general. Service was good & a big variety but not like I remembered.

Excellent staff service. Product are of good quality. Different type of candles are available. Offer and discounts are available sometime. Staff working here is very helpful. Overall experience was good. Tokyo oil for diffuser is best, must try. I highly recommend this store. Must visit
