Melbourne Pathology Glen Waverley

Poor experience. It is the third time I am come in. The first two times they close at work time. Today when I come in and ask the receptionist who call Jenny the blood test process. She refuse to talk to me and let me check the instruction from a door. There are a lot different information from the door, but no one related instructions for blood test. I ask Jenny again. She still said check the door. I said “I cannot find the information from the door,could you please tell me what should I do.” She still said check the door. I feel frustrated and want to leave. At this time another staff open the door and see me stand in the front of the door. He asks me what I need.I tell him. He told me I just need take a number ticket and waiting. I don’t know why Jenny refuses to tell me this easy information.

Had a great experience and the staff Yihong was very professional and friendly. Usually we don’t need to wait too long at here. There are enough parking spaces. Yihong's technique is very accurate and can't feel the pain. It is very important for pathology collection. I will always come to here because of her and will recommend to other friends.

12:15-12:45 lunch break. I rock up at 11:25 but apparently she is closed for her lunch break. Refers you to 258 Springvale Rd... which is “closed due to unforeseen circumstances”.

poor experience, staff's attitude is cold and rude

Kinda slow in the morning. If you wish to get a blood test done before going to work, better come early and be the first of the queue.

Melbourne Pathology Collection Centre Glen WaverleyVisited on 15/6/2021Strictly speaking, this is a collection centre of Melbourne Pathology, within the Glen Waverley Specialist Medical Centre, just across The Glen Shopping Centre. One must not confused this with another collection centre further down Springvale Road.The entrance is from the side street Charlotte Street. There are sufficient number of carparking lots next to the building in Charlotte Street.It is a bulk bill centre, and no appointment is required, and therefore it is inevitable that long wait time may occur.The waiting area is shared with other clients using different services. Like many other medical centre waiting area, there are past issues coffee table magazines for people feeling bored of waiting. Alternatively, one can watch the small fishes swimming in an aquarium next to the reception counter.

Went there so many times and is always close. So disappointed with efforts getting there esp when we’re fasting. Call up no one pickup or no proper message to say is close. Had to travel to other suburbs with long queues due to Glen closure.

The technical and efficiency of medical technicians are good, parking is very convenient, but the service staff lacks a smile.
