I run a small business and I purchased a birthday card for one of my loyal customer. Leah delivered great customer service and fast delivery. The first card was lost on the way (with not much information provided by Aus post) and Leah was really kind to offer me another card and delivery for free of charge to compensate and I really appreciate her will to help me out with the situation. The card reached my customer after her birthday was gone, however my customer appreciated it and I can't recommend this small business enough. I will certainly buy from her again.
