My family have lived in the area for nearly 50 years, this pharmacy is by far the best in the area. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and most remember my name, they can get busy at times but that is to be expected if you go there at peak times, if you're patient at the busy times the pharmacist and other staff are always very professional and helpful. If you go there when it is not bust all the staff are happy to spend the extra time with you when they can. I drive past 4 other pharmacies just to go to this one. If anyone is complaining about the service in this place then they are the problem and not the staff

My partner stopped past here tonight, their doors were open and he was greeted with a “we’re closed get out!” How darn rude, if you’re closed say so nicely or better yet have the doors latched, lost this family ever coming back there. & will be telling friends & neighbours to boycott this business.

The worst pharmacy ever.Ripped me off and charged me extra $6.50 dollars when asked for the receipt they said there computer is not working.Happened for the third time.Before they charged me more for the milk powder.Such shameless people.Beware of the crooks.

The shop assistants are friendly and helpful but pharmacist was rude and arrogant. I have lived in the area for 30+ years and have been a customer for most of these but will not be anymore. Every time I go to buy something the pharmacist seems to have a bad attitude and it's like it's an inconvenience to her to have to serve me. There is always a really long wait if you need to speak with the pharmacist just to get advise about over the counter medication. I strongly recommend you find another phramacy.

There were tablets missing from scripts.They lost repeats .They only supply one asmol promising to supply the other when stock comes in, when I went back to get the puffer they promised me, they claimed not to know me and rudely fobbed me off.They treated me with suspicion instead of aFreindly smile and can I help you in any way.

I went into this store to hand in a Parcel Point Package as well as get a script on Saturday 9th Jan, in the morning.The customer service was appalling! I was the only one in the store and it took a long time for someone to attend to me, when they clearly saw me. Not only that, I wasn't greeted at all once I was attended to! The lady eventually said with no expression returning something". I handed the package over and she complained that it was too heavy - it probably weighed 1 kg

I am a regular customer of Greenbrook Pharmacy.Each time I visit the pharmacy not only for my scripts but for other necessities I am always greeted with a smile and great customer service.Before the birth of my first grandchild, I had many questions regarding immunisations to ensure the safety and health of my grandchild from all infections and illnesses that may occur without the right precautions. Despite my long list of questions, and the busy work space, they always made time for me and answered all my questions.I am grateful and totally satisfied with the service from staff and the warm welcome I continue to embrace.Keep up the good work ladies!

Great little local pharmacy. Reasonable prices, always have the prescription medicines available and if not, order it in within a couple of days. They also answer their phone.

The customer service is beyond despicable. The pharmacist and owner struggled to receive feedback/constructive criticism on his staff who have no apparent customer service. Respect is not demanded it's earnt- will not be returning to support this local business again
