Very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service as they know what they are selling and are more tgan happy to price match. They are always happy to see my barney (dog) when we come in, they always remember your pets name. Can usually get most item in if they don't have it.

I cannot describe how appreciative and grateful I was to be served by Monique today at the Knox PETstock.My cat was diagnosed with onset renal disease last night from the vet, and it is obviously news you don't want to hear as a pet owner- however, at 16 years of age, unfortunately these conditions can develop! Needless to say, it's been tough taking that on and realising that it needs to be managed and hopefully slow down the process of it worsening.Little did I know, it was going to be an absolute JOURNEY to find the Renal dry food biscuits from Royal Canin, as they are quite popular and due to being vetinary prescribed, some vet/pet stores only stock small amounts, however, Knox had a bag thankfully, as we needed to get started on his diet ASAP.I was wanting to price match as the price of special diet food is quite exxy! Monique managed to locate a better price match for me and showed enormous amounts of empathy and respect through the transaction- as someone who only works part time and is concerned about affording necessary food, getting this assistance from a staff member was above and beyond!!Will be going back to get our gorgeous elderly fur ball the wet sachets very soon!

Really good place for pet shop. Staff is nice and polite and also well informed.

I was after one item for our cat, couldn't find what I was after so when I asked the lady she pointed me in the right direction. Good service.

Very bad customer service, i have enrolled puppy school, and now i am feeling unwell, i am requesting to reschedule to another day so i don't miss out and good for the puppy, but i hve got a replied when you enrolled into this puppy school you should know that you need to attend it and no rescheduling is allowed. What a very nice answer......"
