Best gym on the Gold Coast ! Awesome staff who always pushing you up. Go for a 6 weeks grappling draft or fight draft they are the best and result is guaranteed!!!

Heartbreak is a awesome place to train. It’s a friendly, inviting place to train with great trainers that take a vast array of different strength and conditioning classes to all of your fighting discipline classes. The shred boot camps and fight drafts that the gym holds are unlike anything else, Cole the owner gives every single person 100% so that everything is enjoyable yet challenging and disciplined so that you can get to your fitness / health goals.

The recovery with Lauren is the best you will get in the Gold Coast too.The staff are amazing & love the supportive family vibes you get when you are at Heartbreak.
