Lanna Thai Massage

Worst experience ever. Paid for an hour massage but ended up getting only 35 minutes with the masseuse taking multiple phone calls in between the session - all in felt like a half hour session. I raised the point that it was under an hour and she claimed that she has done 45 minutes based on her clock and only refunded me $10. Cash only enterprise and prices are not openly advertised. Will not recommend this place.

I would not give any star for this shop.Every things in this shop:Towel, bed cover, massage oil.massage table. Very very not clean.I was worked there before.My hands get itchy from this shop.now two months already my hand still itchy.And all masseuse working there is not Certificate for thai massage..

Had a great massage here. Its not easy to find somewhere that can get deep into the muscles and they were great. Would definitely recommend. They were friendly and well skilled practitioners. I think I stumbled into one of the better spots in Cairns! Peaceful and Calming massage studio as well. Will come back when I visit again from New Zealand!!!

Massage therapists should have the necessary skills and perform various massage techniques effectively. They should adapt their techniques to meet the client's needs and preferences.Not just keep charging extra money!It’s ridiculous!They don’t deserve any star!

Can I give Coco a 6 star rating? 5 seems too little. Wow I’ve had literally 100’s of massages so my quality radar is very high. Coco is amazing, professional, gives one of the top 5 massages I’ve ever had. I had 1.5 hour booking and it was spectacular to say the least. Thank you Coco

Just now went to go and get a one hour massage with their brochure in hand clearly printed it said $80 for one hour. I told her I would like a firm massage and she said oh a firm massage starts at $100. Also cash only I think the tax department and the ACCC would like to know all this. There was also a young American girl there at the time trying to find out how else she could pay other than cash because with her international card on her phone she can’t get cash out until the bank is open in the morning. So because of their dishonesty, they’ve just lost $160. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!I booked in for a Thai massage for one hour which was $80 on their brocure, but charged $90 as i wanted medium pressure??? What the...A Thai massage is definitely not what I received.The young larger girl at Lanna went straight in manipulating/ damaging my lower back without firstly loosening my muscles/ area to be worked on. she went in that hard i couldn't even breath.This resulted in time off work due the injury she caused, as i couldn't even stand up for 4 days without being in excruciating pain from a sciatic nerve, let alone do any manual handling, due to the damage this girl has caused, which has resulted in me losing my new job due to the two weeks my doctor has put me off for because of this.No receipt of record of me going there, I'm buggered.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF CRAWLING OUT WITH A PERMANENT INJURY!!!!

Great massage reasonable price. Ladies were awesome
