I visited Shooters Warehouse for the first time last week and will be definitely returning. Josh was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and courteous. My normal first choice of ammunition is currently unavailable and after a brief discussion with Josh he recommended a great alternative which has performed exactly as promised. Very happy. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I need something cheap, I always leave poorer and needing perpetual PTAs - but that's a me issue :) Great business, well worth the visit. I have been shopping here on and off for the past couple of years and can attest to their consistent friendly and professional service over the years. I've never had a bad experience dealing with the team and you're always treated as if you're a visiting friend. They provide you with very helpful advice and don't push you to buy anything you're unsure of. I wish other businesses in Canberra had service as good as these guys!

Great shop, friendly knowledgeable staff.Helped me out with adjusting my trigger pull weight on my rifle. Found an underlying issue with my rifles scope mounts and rectified it.Good pricesHighly recommend this store.

The team have been nothing short of fantastic. I am a beginner to the world of hunting and these guys have been there every step of the way right down to some of my ridiculous questions. Well priced. BUYER BEWARE!! The guys at this shop are rude and arrogant!! High prices with no customer service!! The guys tried to convince me to purchase a cheap .17HMR when I was after a quality .22 Win Mag. And when advised a competitor was offering the same product at a reduced price they simply said well that's nice
