Nice sell job. Ordinary installation. Extremely poor after sales service.I have continually requested assistance over MANY years following failed and failing equipment and materials to the point of considering removing everything, lifting the roof of my house and starting again with conventional solutions. That is a drastic and expensive consideration, but faced with the thought of grinding to a halt because SHS cannot find some time to even offer a solution, never mind carrying out one, that may be my only choice.
