Istvan was friendly, warm, open and professional in his services with particular attention paid to the heels of my worn-down boots. Quick service, quality job done, all with a smile on his face and a positive attitude, which makes all the difference to the customer. My favourite heels needed fixing for my special event so I took them into the Toowong shop. Was met with a smile and some advice on fixing the grip so I don’t slip. Excellent service, super fast and super friendly. Highly recommend.

I went to Mister Minit today to get more holes in my new belt. The very nice man did it free of charge! And declined my offer of a coffee. Absolute legend.

Top service, fast and friendly, reasonably priced. I bought a jewellery box for my daughters birthday in to be engraved. He helpfully warned me about the possibility the engraving may ‘lift’ as it was only silver plated, which I appreciated. I went ahead with it anyway and looked lovely!

Tried to drop off some shoes for new heels at 3.50pm on a Saturday when the store closes at 4pm. It would’ve taken less than 3 minutes to take my name and number. I was told ‘no I’m done for the day’ and when I said ‘oh I’m sorry I thought you closed at 4pm’ I was told ‘well it’s 4pm now by my watch’. Not very helpful and I won’t be back. Thanks for nothing.

Charged me $25 for a remote battery, afterwards it still wasn’t working he didn’t want to refund a $4 battery that took him 2 min to put in and which he charged me $25. In other words I paid $25 for no help at all

Istvan was so helpful when I lost my car keys. He sought out the best price and arranged replacement keys and remote. He provides great service with a smile. I’ve gone back for knife sharpening and shoe repair and advice and will keep going back. Well done Istvan - you run a great business.

Great service and good follow through. We ordered a car key and he was very efficient in programming it. It was a great price too. When it come ( in two weeks as he advised) it was invoiced got more but he charged us what he quoted. Two keys he thought might not work he didn’t charge us. Such a good bloke. Highly recommend

Very informative and courteous service.This place has good reviews for a reason. Had my battery replaced for my Citizen watch faster than any other watch repair store. Period. And had some well peace of mind at the same time.Coming back here for any future service.
