Bought 1.7kg beef, and in that 559gms bones. If u earn money like this, no use. When i called the shop, the staff asked me to go there and collect the money back. Is this the correct way to treat the customers? If people buy curry beef, 4 to 5pc bones is ok. But 1/3rd of the total beef is bones means, its not acceptable.

I bought 1.5 kg beef and requested them not to put lot of bone as I have bad experience before.I went bacj to them as I was to busy. However, may I know why you put this rubbish again in my bag? I am expecting reasonable respone from the owner. You are branding as a halal shop, but its also important for you to earn in halal way. Overall not recommend.

Forget about the customer service they don’t even know the basic manner to greet someone or response to the greetings (Good morning/afternoon Salamwalaikum etc) and when you ask for curry pieces all they will give you is bones and fat, Ask them about mince they will give you a threatening warning that they gonna add 60_80% of fat and they will offer you fat less mince at sky high price, one of the staff will be always talking on his phone (having one ear pod in one ear) and the rest god knows and at the end they asked me to give a review so here it is and i know I’m gonna get a AUTOMATED COPIED reply from the owner/ staff. Pathetic.

Worst customer service and quality. Bought beef mince and was full of fat and no mince texture. Before I bought it , I confirmed with the owner about the mince quality and was told it is good quality. I had similar experience before. Very disappointing.Mostly missing price tags and staff always try to overcharge you.

We went there this morning to get some goat meat. A guy handled meat with bare hands and was putting it inside the plastic bag. When we told him if he could use gloves while handling fresh foods then he was like, “It’s not ready to eat so I don’t use gloves.” Where is safe food handling man?” Not going there anymore..
