Our facility had purchased a liquid nitrogen tank back in October 2021. The sales rep(s) after constantly ringing me asking if we're placing the order told me it would take 40-50 days to build and have it delivered. It took 7 months for the tank to arrive and we're still haven't received the liquid nitrogen dewar or storage components, which have been delayed for another 2 months. This sort of service is unacceptable and is having a detrimental impact on our operations.
