I am in Wollongong & wanted to send flowers to my best friend in a Brisbane hospital. Lynnette at the shop was so helpful and contacted me throughout the process due to delay of delivery because of the ward my friend was in didn't accept flowers. Lynnette rang the hospital daily to check, had them delivered by 8:30am of the morning she found out my friend had been moved. Fabulous customer service would highly recommend Stones Corner Flower Shop" to anyone in Brisbane but especially if you're out of state and need flowers for someone in Brisbane.If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. Ordered roses for Valentine’s Day and they were beautifully presented. Delivered right to our door on the 5th floor of our building. Came with a nice vase as pictured. Will definitely use Stones Corner Flower Shop for all future requirements – highly recommended.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Stones Corner Flower Shop. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend who was in the hospital. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the staff at Stones Corner Flower Shop.When I placed my order, I was told that my friend was still in post-op and had not been allocated a ward. However, the staff at Stones Corner Flower Shop were very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure that my friend received her flowers.The owner of the shop, Lynnette, texted me to let me know that she had checked with the hospital and that my friend was now recovering in Ward 10. She also told me that she would deliver the flowers on her way home from work that evening.I was so grateful for the extra effort that Lynnette and the staff at Stones Corner Flower Shop went to. My friend was so happy to receive the flowers and she was very impressed with how beautiful they were.I would highly recommend Stones Corner Flower Shop to anyone looking for a florist who provides excellent customer service and beautiful flowers.

Ordered baby breath with customized request from Japan around Christmas times at 2021 to a special girl that meant a lot to me. Lynnette's prompt response made all things worked out greatly, not to mention the service and quality are absolutely on the spot!

As we live in New Zealand I love to order something special to be delivered to my son and his beautiful wife, who live in Carina Heights, on their respective birthdays. I specifically chose a small local florist to send a birthday gift to my daughter in law over the internet, hoping I had made a good choice. I ordered a single pink rose and a bottle of rosè as this is her favourite colour. This little flower shop did not disappoint. I had no problem making and paying for the order online and Lynnette answered my email request quickly in a friendly and personal manner and delivered a beautifully presented package on the day.
