PRD Bendigo has been an awesome Property Managementcompany for my investment home. I purchased my investment property in 2019 from PRD and Jessica and Eboni have organized inspection, maintenance and compliances when required.They have also been able to find great tenants over this period that have taken care of my investment which has been very reassuring. I have since sold my property through PRD recently, which has been a smooth and comfortable transition. Jessica has a great ability to find a harmonious working balance between the tenant and the landlord needs so that all parties can function harmoniously.

Can I just say how incredible these guys are to rent through? I've always had such great interactions with the staff at PRD, I actually like having house inspections, it's a great little catch up, they document everything that needs to be fixed and are professional, as well as being really friendly. Sarah, Eboni, and all the staff are so very understanding and put your mind at ease at every inspection. I truly will miss them as my estate agents of I ever have to move. Can't tell you how amazing they are.

My hubby and I haven’t even moved into our rental property as yet but we are thoroughly pleased with the service we have received so far, particularly with Eboni & Sarah. Unlike some other agents in the area, both ladies have been more than accommodating when assisting us with looking at homes to rent when we don’t currently live in the area. I would highly recommend Briohny at PRD. We sold our property and purchased our dream home all with in a tight time frame. She made it happen and the process was made simple and stress free. I usually don't write reviews but I felt the way our first house was transitioned to us by Matt was disgraceful and utterly disrespectful.My partner and I were greeted by dirty carpet, mess in drawers, toilets unflushed..including feces on the walls. Along with that, two broken recliner chairs were just left in the carport for us to deal with. When I contacted Matt, he was completely resistant to admitting any fault and at times raised his voice and spoke over the top of me when I gave him the option of meeting halfway and just at least paying for the carpet cleaning which I personally felt was a generous compromise considering the state the place was left.I have no desire to deal with PRD in the future and was utterly disappointed that my partner and I were not able to fully enjoy the purchase of our first home together.

We had a great experience from start to finish on the sale of our property.Matt was always very helpful, prompt and gave us sound advice. The sale went seamlessly with a fantastic result.We would definitely recommend Matt & the PRD team.
