Came in today for the Melbourne Free Churros Shopping event. Jennie and Kae were so helpful. They showed me range of options and showed my a lot of sale items that were really a good deal.Great bargain and great quality. The store was very clean and tidy. Products were displayed beautifully. Staff was very attentive to me and friendly. Staff even gave me opinions to show me what looks better so I can compare. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Giselle, the seller, was very accomodating, talked us through the whole process, gave solid recommendations, and was overall very welcoming, the watches are great, but the customer service truly makes this experience precious. Will definitely come back in the future.

Fossil products are good stuff and their smart watches are in fact an industry leader. The staff are really what make this store shine though. I have popped in a couple of times and they have always been patient and professional with answering my questions and showing me the lineup. Most recently, Jennie assisted me and she was an absolute delight. Keep up the good work!

My old (very sentimental) hybrid smartwatch stopped, so I made the trek into the city to see if these guys could help. Right off the bat the staff were warm and welcoming, and despite my watch being mishandled by a previous battery replacer and being absolutely jammed closed, Sam fixed it! He was thorough, professional and compassionate - definitely worth the commute. Thank you Sam!
