I can not recommend this company more highly! They were so great to deal with, easy communication and prompt to come and inspect the garage. The man ended up speaking to my partner for nearly half and hour and advised him on how to fix the garage out of goodwill because my partner is quite handy. We bought the parts needed from him but at the end we were only sorry we didn't have work for him. We've already passed their details onto family members and we will definitely use this company again whenever we can. Such exceptional customer service at a time when it feels like so many company's deliver the opposite. 10/10

Gavan is a very lovely and professional man who helped to repair my garage door. I rang on Sunday around 10am, straight away he showed up in 2 hours. My garage door panels was bent while reversing my car. Gaven helped to solve the problem efficiently and tightened the bottom bar with screws he brought with. Whereas the other technician said the problem is unrepairable and need to replace the entire door and cost a fortune. With Gavan, the whole process is very delightful and transparent. We will definitely recommend Gavan and Sweets to our friends! Thank you Gavan!!

Amazing service. Our garage door motor would not work so we called the Sweets. They were there in 4 hours another. The mother board had burnt out so we had the motor replaced all in about 2 hours. They serviced the door as well for no extra charge. We could not recommend them more highly. Their pricing was excellent. Thoroughly recommend RL

Amazing, prompt and professional service. Our garage door came off its tracks and hung there, so we called several companies and only Sweets contacted us back on a Sunday evening. Gavin and Sweet were on another job at the time of my call and promised to attend within 2 hours. On their arrival, they were polite and reassured me that they could fix the issue. They repaired the door to enable us to close the garage door overnight and returned the next day (as promised) at no extra charge to replace a faulty track. We could not recommend them more highly. Their pricing was excellent. Thoroughly recommend

So amazing and so professional!!! We thought we had a simple problem, and said on the phone it was a simple thing. Ended up not being a simple thing, and despite not preparing them for how big the job was they had absolutely everything on hand to fix our broken garage door system. They were also able to install a brilliant system to add the garage door to our smart home set up. Honestly the most knowledgable and helpful business, plus our door was fixed within hours of it breaking, and in fact it is now better than ever!! Thank you!!

we live at Banora Point Nsw, I rang them yesterday and today they turned up and fixed the garage door, the door hinges were cracked so they replaced them and they installed a new motor system as our old one was approx. 20 years old. strongly recommend them, polite, honest and friendly and very affordable.
