If you're wanting to purchase belly bars, don't go here! I bought two over the space of a month and both had faulty balls that un screwed after less than a days use. Second time I took my receipt in and whilst the customer service was okay, they didn't offer any compensation or exchange (even though I went in 6 days after I purchased the second one!). Will not go there again and will definitely make sure I spread the word.

Selection of jewelry is very bland and limited. The staff are quite rude and up themselves. There's always another jewelry store, shop elsewhere.

both the Goldmark website and the Google listing for this store say it opens at 9 but when I went to go in at 9:15 the doors were shut and the sales assistant was sitting at the desk on her phone ? no signage to say hours have changed anywhere. pretty frustrating as i made the trip specifically to go before work and didn't have time to just wait around.

Amazing customer service from Indigo! She took her time to answer all of my questions as I have very little jewellery knowledge, thank you so much for being so helpful!

Nice enough jewellery and I have never had any problems with the pieces i have purchased from here. I will return. The sale buy one get one free" are great and good value!"

I went in to purchase something and got the wrong size , they’re wld not refund! Not much variety in store at all! The manger was really rude telling me I cld not get my money back and if I swapped it for something cheaper , I couldn’t get the remainder on a gift card! So I’ve walked away with the item I don’t want or need now .

Karlie from Loganholme is the rudest sales associate that I have had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. I rang to see if a certain piece of jewelry was in stock and as there was only one I asked if I would be able to have it put aside for me to collect on my way home form work and was told no as it was a catalogue item, I asked if I could pay for it over the phone and again no cant do that either, the fact that I rang 4 other Brisbane stores and every single one was happy to hold an item for a few hours for me to collect shows that if she had wanted to she would have. Perhaps further training in customer service would be beneficial as you've lost me as a customer, plenty of other jewelry stores around that treat customers appropriately.

I will never be shopping here again. Layken who I think is the assistant manager is so rude. she didn't want to listen to anything I had to say or what I was looking for in a present for someone. instead she picked one of the more expensive items that was nothing like I was asking to look at and tried to make me believe this is what I was wanting and tried to force me to buy it even after telling her that I was looking at something completely different she still tried to proceed to make me pay for the item and pushed me to pay for it on humm as it would be easier for me for payments" which was said in a rude tone that made it seem like she thought I was too poor to purchase it. if you ever go into this store try and get served by anyone but her as I will never recommend her if you want actual help finding what your looking for"
