The most fun shopping experience in any Kate Spade stores I’ve been to. Both the girls who helped me with my shopping were so so friendly and, again, fun! So much to chat about and they were so helpful to find an item I was (literally dreamed about) after. Happy!

It's fine some items are good some items are worth it. However the customer service is alittle flawed

I had the most lovely shopping experience today with Em. I told her that I was looking for a new work bag and she really went above and beyond to provide me with a range of styles and talked me through each one in-depth. She completely understood how important it is to find a bag that you love and want to invest in. Thank you so much Em! :)

What a beautiful store with fabulous staff who always go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. I love kate spade designs, always fun, playful and stylish.

I love the quirky designs of Kate Spade. Their bags are super cute and I’m in love with their jewellery. I could never wear costume jewellery but Kate Spades jewellery doesn’t affect me at all. They are light and comfortable to wear and super cute.Eva is an absolute star, she goes above and beyond to help out. A really genuine and sweet person and an asset to that store.Oh, and they had free macaroons today :-)

My recent experience shopping at this store was absolutely amazing. The lovely lady that served me made me feel welcomed and was very helpful when I was looking for a particular bag in stock. She even gave me a bag charm at no charge which I thought was so cool! One of the best experiences I've had shopping at a store EVER. :)

This review is for the website. It has nowhere near the amount of stock compared to the UK and U.S website. I used to be able to purchase so many nice clothes and shoes from the U.S website till they made the Australian website available and now Australian shoppers can no longer buy from the overseas website. If your going to ban customers from shopping at kate spade overseas maybe you should make sure you have a wide variety of selection to choose from on the aus website. Its pathetic how little there is. I've stopped shopping at kate spade now ..also the aus kate spade website hardly stocks 00s either which is annoying since it pretty much fits the same as an aus size 6.Everything about the company seems to be going downhill which is no surprise.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience here. I was having trouble deciding on a gift for my sister but the friendly staff were not only patient with me but also very helpful in giving advice. Leyna the supervisor even offered to help me wrap a westfield gift card as they do not have this service. I went back again today and received even better service. Well done and a very big thank you to the staff at Kate Spade Sydney. They gave me a wonderful and comfortable shopping experience.

I love Kate Spade designs and own quite a few of them. I found this store by chance, I was greeted upon my arrival and the lovely lady named Jayvee, she proceeded to help me find a bag that would fit my laptop. She was wonderful and very attentive, made my shopping experience that much better. I will definitely return. Thank you Jayvee :)
