If I could give this shop 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. (The 1 star would be to the nice guy that tried fixing the phone multiple times but just ended up making the phone worst with the amount of glue he would've had to use). If your'e thinking of going here to get your phone fixed think again. I went to the Innaloo store to get a cracked screen fixed, payed them $500 they said come back in 1-2 hours. I got the phone back after a couple of hours, after I left the store the data connection wouldn't connect only wifi would work on the phone. I then went back to the Innaloo store, the lady working there said 'we have too many phones, we can't help you at the time but you can come back tomorrow.' A guy working there said he could look at the phone the next day at the Warwick store. So I went to the Warwick store he had a look at the phone and tried fixing it. When I left Warwick the phone would still not connect to data, I then tried going to my service provider explained everything, they tried multiple things, could still not receive calls or data only emergency calls. I went back to the phone shop for him to try fix it a second time. After he was done I left the shop and the phone would disconnect on and off constantly so I went back to him for the third time the same thing would keep happening. At the point I was very frustrated going back and fourth, considering how much time and inconvenience this has all caused. I went back again, he wasn't working two girls were. They said they couldn't help me so I asked 'if I could get a refund? They told me to wait an hour so they could ring the head office. After an hour they told me they could give me a $420 refund but they would have to take the screen off my phone and replace it with a cracked screen from a different customer as the screen they put on cost them money and would subtract an $80 service fee. The screen they originally put on my phone they wanted to take it off as it cost them money to then re-use the screen they put on my phone on a different customer. I guess this is what you get for going to a dodgy place to get your phone fixed

Took my iPhone 11 Pro’s screen in to be fixed as I dropped it, quoted $195 and was told it would take 30-40 minutes. Come back after 45, told another 5, come back, told another 15, come back.. and I’m told that a part of my phone battery is broken and that I need to purchase a new phone. I was shocked as I just needed my cracked screen fixed and now didn’t have a working phone, I asked the lady to explain the issue and she showed us that part of the battery was gone and needed to be there in order for the phone to work and showed my dad and I the comparison of the other part. I went back and asked if the battery could be fixed free of charge as my phone was functioning perfectly fine prior to going there, I just needed my cracked screen fixed and left with an unusable phone. The other lady told me in more detail the issue and said there was nothing they could do to fix it as it might still not work after fixing, she apologised for her co worker not explaining the issue properly which I accepted, however, I’m still not happy with this service. I’ve seen other bad reviews with customers having similar experiences… fix your service

Very good customer service, had parts for my phone in stock and fixed it in less than an hour, Very impressed

They were quick to replace a smashed phone screen, however ever since the screen will being unresponsive, or react to “phantom” touches. Took it back in and they claimed the screen was fine and I just needed to hard reset the phone. Problem is only getting worse. Would not go back and will spend the money elsewhere to get it properly fixed.

Good service from these guys the other day. They weren’t able to fix my phone due to the amount of damage but were still friendly, upfront with prices, and looked at it straightaway. I only waited half an hour before being told nothing more could be done, and they didn’t charge me either for looking at it so there was no up front cost. Overall appreciated the service from these guys

To start with a good note their screen are note terrible. What's bad is their workmanship. Had 2 screens fitted, spent about 500$ just for my tablet screen to break without me even using it once due to misfitment. Went back for warranty, obviously they found d the first excuse they could to deny it.

The team at phone Xperts did a good job at repairing my Samsung s9 screenSo far I’ve had no issue with the repair and the parts used feel genuine.The cost was a little expensive but that’s to be expected with Samsung galaxy repairs. Also phone xperts offered a slightly better price than other repair shop I inquired at.The staff I encountered were polite and professionalPhone xperts have my recommendation..

Phone screen completely stopped working and was originally quoted $700 to get fixed which I accepted, however when I returned to collect my phone the lovely laddies explained that they were able to fix this problem without replacing the screen. I would have been none the wiser if they just decided to charge me the full price however thankfully the found in there heart to be honest with me and saved me a fortune. I can’t thank them enough for this. Amazing customer service.

Would not recommend. Charged me $50 to remove a piece of paper from my charging port. Spoke with the two other phone repair shops and they only charge $30 to clean out the charging port. Would not recommend! Definatly walk the extra 10 steps and go to any of the other repair shops.
