Have blocked them from my phone. Was promised a technician would turn up at my place to inspect it for possible installation of multiple units. Both times technician didn't turn up at the time they said they would, and didn't call or text to let me know. The second time I had driven up from Adelaide to meet with them. No show, no contact until many hours later.I originally contacted the business by filling in a contact form on their website. Not having heard back from them after a fortnight I called into their office. Oh

From start to finish the professionalism and support of all associated with the installation of our system was First Rate. Shane took time to explain what we would need and the tradesmen installing were wonderful. Turned up on time, cleaned up any mess and were very personable. Shane then followed up by walking us through how the system can best work. He also advised we could contact him at any time if we had any questions or issues. A very good experience and we would highly recommend Shane and his team.

From first enquiry to install and post install service, not one thing can be faulted.I sent through an enquiry for new Breezair unit on Seely Website on a Friday night after our Breezair unit broke beyond reasonable repair. By Saturday morning Shane, the owner of Adelaide heating & Cooling Gawler had responded by email and also called to clarify what we were after. Very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs.By the following week we had agreed to the quote, and install was organised after a site visit from Shane himself to check everything was straight forward for a new unit swap and new controller.Within 2 weeks from first reaching out our unit was installed. They guys from install were AMAZING. Very polite, professional and left no mess behind. They were careful not to damage any of our gutters, roofing etc whilst installing. They showed the new controller and how everything worked and were in and out.After install Julia was so great with final invoice and after install customer service.The new Breezair unit is fantastic. Quiet and allot more grunt than our old, worn out modelAll in all there was not one thing that we could complain over.No-one wants to spend money on things like air conditioners. It's never a fun shop and to hand money over for these things. For such a not really wanting to purchase product, Shane, Julia and their team made the process more than bearable, and we would not hesitate to recommend them for anything heating and cooling related.

Recently purchased a Daikin Wall-Split System from Shane at Adelaide Heating & Cooling. Used this company before and will use again. Excellent pricing, installation and service from start to finish. Julie kept us informed of installation date and time to the minute. Keeping business local is special.

Shane had been recommended to us by another tradie. We arranged a day and time and Shane attended. A $ figure was roughly provided upon his brief inspection and a written quote was to follow. We knew our job was going to be big so I arranged another two quotes in the mean time. To this day I have not heard back from Shane nor did I receive the written quote. My personal opinion which I make through my initial contact via telephone and that of the visit to our home is that the job was obviously too hard. I may be wrong. Still it's disappointing that we never heard anything back. I chose AH &C Gawler through a recommendation obviously I won't be providing a recommendation to anyone. Thank you

Thanks Shane and team. The service you provided I promptly getting a new wood fire sorted was amazing. The Nectre MK2 is doing a super job of keeping the house warm. It will be brilliant once all the rest of our work here is completed.

Poor customer service. Quote arranged a week in advance for 1pm, did not show up until 3.20pm. No call from Julie or Shane. I had to follow-up. Only then did I get an apology but was told they were attending to actual customers that had walked in. The insinuation is they don't value us as customers or our time and our family commitments, waiting for them. Did not proceed with quote as zero confidence they will show up for installation. Shame as wanted to give my business to a small SA family operation.

Was a pleasure to deal with Shane. He was very professional and courteous.From start to finish, the whole team at Heating and Cooling have been nothing but outstanding.Wholeheartedly recommend these guys.
