better bookkeeping has been managing my NDIS plan for nearly 2 years now. Initially, it was great and very helpful. However, in the past 6 months they have not being helpful and not even reply my emails or call. I won't recommend them to anyone. Take your business somewhere else who at least care and value their consumer.
