Having to go Soy and Dairy free with my third baby these meals have been a lifesaver. I love how easy the website is to navigate and find the best option for dietary requirements and the food is absolutely delicious.

I was lucky enough to receive a selection of meals by the Whole bowl from my daughters after a hospital visit.Because I am coeliac, it is very difficult to find healthy delicious gluten free meals that you can trust are gluten free.The meals from the Whole Bowl are by far the best I have had.They tick all the boxes regarding taste,nutrition and healthy ingredients.Strongly recommended for new mums, busy older mums, people returning from hospital, and elderly parents.Well done to the girls at the whole bowl.

Such a brilliant solution for gifting to new families and those in need of a little TLC, or simply for yourself when you are time poor but still want to have access to healthy, wholesome food.I love that their products can be ordered from the comfort of your home and are delivered straight to yours, or whoever you are wanting to gifts door.Their customer service is also fantastic, both Elle and Daisy are a pleasure to deal with.Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing !

Our friends gifted us a Whole Bowl after the birth of our baby in May and we absolutely love the food inside and the ethos behind them. With a new baby I often don’t prioritise my own needs or nutrition so to receive this bundle is such a joy. Everything has been a hit, but we especially love their cookies and lasagne. It makes dinner a little event and gives me back more time for me. We have since ordered one more and ordered one for friends.
