We had a dispute with our pool renovation company and were told by the QBCC to get a lawyer. I read the reviews and had a call with Melany and she seemed like she really wanted to help. Unfortunately emails were missed and not passed on and I had to keep calling to chase up things. They did a termination letter to the pool company which didn’t really achieve anything and just ate through my money.
