MOJO Homes - Warnervale Display

Went to visit the display homes at Warnervale on Tuesday 20th April, not open, waited until 11am to see if the employee was running late then left.

Hi just moved into a new mojo home catherhill bay n.s.wExperience at present not happy master bedroom water seeping through ceiling onto floors mould along ceiling cornerses two back rooms water coming through windows carpets soaked have gone through 40 towels not helping I have only been in my home for 10days oh yes not hot water for the first week pipes bent ,problem has been escalated but that's about all the help received (this not due to weather extreme, as I have just returned from kangeroo Valley rain. Very extreme there was no problems with water entering cabinNever build with company again as once keys handed over out of sight at of mind

The display homes were immaculately displayed (as you would expect) but the real winner was the customer service. Two staff on site, so friendly and thoughtful when it came to talking us through our novice homebuilder questions. The post-visit communication has been great too, very detailed information and felt like first class treatment. Thank you team Mojo

Mojo homes is an amazing home builder. We are at the start of our construction and every step to get to this stage has been a pleasure. We look forward to them building our forever home. Definitely 5stars.....
