Been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now. Multiple online contact requests, 3 emails and multiple phone calls with no answer. Sold my bike 4 weeks ago and still trying to cancel my insurance.

Worst insurance company ever. Do not fall for their cheap policy prices. Over 1 hr wait on hold to get in contact every time. Unregistered my hail damaged car without informing me first, leaving me away from home without a vehicle or a replacement car. Terrible communication. No buy back policy, not even for minor hail damage. They've taken my car, left me with no means of transport and no money in my account from settlement for up to 10 business days!!!

Dealing with this insurance company was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, never hear anything from them in either phone call or email unless i contact them, every time I called I was on hold for a minimum 45 minutes, wanted to purchase my salvage back but it is the decision of the manager, over 4 weeks since making the claim to be told I am not allowed to purchase the bike back, never using them again and will never recommend them. Very unhappy with the service.

So much for supporting an Australian owned company. 1 small claim. I had to walk it through every step. 15 hours on hold 6 emails requesting a call back with no response. They refused to renew my policy as I had existing damage that they had failed to settle. Don’t waste your time.

Submitted all the information for a claim two weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything back. Called them today, they said the claim hasn’t even been lodged yet! And that could take 3-5 business days, AND THEN they assess it from there. I was made redundant, and this policy is for my car loan income protection and I don’t have the luxury of waiting WEEKS for the claim to be approved. And this is the first time I’m submitting a claim, too.

Been trying to cancel my policy for over three weeks. Been on hold on the phone for 40 mins, submitted 3 online forms via their website and they don't even respond and today charged my account. Even though the bike is already sold and the policy was supposed to get cancelled 3 weeks ago.... Once they got your Direct Debit details they stop caring amd just keep charging your account ....

All I want is to discuss my motorcycle policy. I was on the phone for over an hour-call from mobile cost me $100.Gave up after not being able to talk to anyone.Have sent 3 emails to ‘help@ Eric & ‘underwriting @ Eric & still no contact.I do not want a reply to this telling me to ‘reach out’ or write another email.You should be able to find my emails & RING me

Been a customer for almost 2 years and had some back into a few months back in a car park and they have done nothing but tell me they are canceling comprehensive insurance and to find someone else absolutely useless and ashamed they are australian
