So far, my initial experience with MMH is a positive one. Jack Kroker, the consultant, was very easy to talk to, was patient with our questions, was a funny man, and demonstrated professionalism and respect all throughout the meeting. We are looking forward to the next meeting and what the app Aussie Loan Saver can do for my family.

So we had an appointment with one of their consultants “Jack” who demonstrated great professionalism. He was a delight to talk to, was prompt and very accommodating with our young family. It was evident that Jack knew his company, their values and what they stand for which was highlighted within our appointment. Jack provide a tailored insight and specific direction for our goals. Moving forward. This in line with a dedicated work ethic made our experience refreshing. Thanks Jack !

Both my partner and I were sceptical about having someone come out and discuss our financial situation, worried what we might be getting locked into.Tonight we had Damien visit us in our home. Not only did we feel comfortable with his relaxed but very professional approach, but at no point did we ever feel obligated to agree to anything further.Damien was able to answer our questions and explain anything we were unsure of.An absolute asset to this company and would highly recommend

Gentleman providing information was professional and appeared to know what he was talking about. Paid $95 for an assessment on our position, which was sold to us as through us supposedly winning a competition for a loan interest calculator. Provided document was light on and riddled with errors and we were not provided with any meaningful recommendations or insights. If the company could not give us a benefit we were suppose to receive a refund, but weren't offered one and I couldn't be bothered pushing the point, its only $95 and their time would have cost them more. Other information provided was a property report, which any real estate agent gives you for free and a copy of the title of our house. No FSG was provided. I think the purpose is purely to see if you have additional capital or surplus funds available and then they recommend property investment. I don't believe they are a con, but I also don't believe they provide any real benefit, except for themselves to identify potential opportunities for property investments. I wouldn't waste your $95 and instead think just put that money on your home loan or other loan.

We have found everyone at My Money House to be highly professional and we have had nothing but an excellent experience from buying our first home, to our first investment property.We were first introduced to My Money House five years ago when we had been denied a home loan by the big banking institutions. We had accepted that we would be renters for a while longer, but because of Brandon and Kobe, we purchased our first home in 2016. Brandon clearly explained the whole process to us every step of the way, and he gave us a clear plan to pay off the loan sooner. He listened to our goals and we were thoroughly impressed with the financial institution that our mortgage was through as cheaper interest rates have always been passed on without us having to ask. It was a no frills loan, with very reasonable fees and, importantly the team had given us exactly what we had asked for.Now five years on we have paid off a large portion of our mortgage and we are happily working with Brandon and Laura again to secure our first investment property. The professional advice we have received from the team has placed us in an excellent position for the future and I have no hesitations in recommending My Money House.

I had an appointment with Laura last night and her knowledge and style of communication was excellent. I was most impressed with the logical sequence of the presentation and the visual aids to assist a maths dummy “get it”. I genuinely can’t wait for my next appointment.
