Phoned the offices for a quote and was told to phone a 3rd party (agent) for a quote but they not turn up or call to advise the reason, even though I let them choose the date and time.Now looking for an alternative provider.

Great business, excellent customer care.Installed a second Solahart after the first one died in 2018. Had an issue with our hot water not staying hot after the very hot period in summer (a week of 40 degrees).Sent out a technician to service the unit and the fault was located as being a leak in the water line. Wouldn't have got on to it without Lod's help.Throughly recommend. They back up their product with quality customer service.Thank you.

Our worst fear came true and the 26 Year old Solarhart finally gave up on us. I quickly jumped on the phone to Cindy and the next day they came out to assess, yep dead! and now Friday just 2 1/2 days later we have hot water with our brand new system! Can not thank the team enough for their swift action and professional service.Just need the work day to end so I can go have the hot shower I have been dreaming of for the past few days.Highly Recommend!!!

Solahart responded with a technician made available on the day I called. My existing hot water system was replaced the following day to my satisfaction. I recommend Solahart South West.

It was just remarkable to have a serviceman come out when they said they would, identify the problem, and have it fixed that day. Even having Beau come out and put the temporary service in, in case of poor weather, until the new HWS could be installed the next week was exceptional.So thank-you again for the great service. The crew that came out to our house was amazing. Did the job very quickly and efficiently as well as making sure everything worked perfectly. Very impressed with the job.
