Excellent customer service. Knowledge and efficient.While traveling through Buff to Brisbane, with pressing time constraints I experienced a fuel leak. Jamie and Graham (if I remember correctly) could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They managed to fit me in and give an excellent diagnosis, fit a new filter and solve the issue within 30 minutes; quicker than some fast food restaurants.Everyone involved in the business, could not have done more. I cannot Thankyou enough for your Service, Curtesy and genuine Empathy for my situation.New fuel filter have worked amazing for the past 500kms.Thankyou

I had booked my Navara to be fixed at ultra tune. Issue was with the DPF and after 6 weeks of having the car in the shop I was told the turbo, DPF and sensors needed replacing. In 6 weeks all that was done was a replacement of silicone hoses that didn't need replacing to start with. When taking the car back i had to check over the car to ensure nothing was faulty and to my surprise it must have been to hard to put the engine cover back on. I Have since taken the car to another local mechanic and within the hour of dropping the car off I was notified about what was causing the issue.Big task for this mechanic.Never again

Sat on my son's car for almost a week before finally getting a quote from them but also told they couldn't do the work for another few weeks. Not good enough when a 19yr old is having to pay for Uber's at a cost of $60/day to get to and from work. Ended up taking the car elsewhere to find he would of been charged for things that weren't needed and it wouldn't have fixed the issue. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I put my car in for a service. You would think during the service they would’ve noticed that my head gasket was blown but instead they charged me an insane amount for things that didn’t need doing! Then they told me I needed new shocks ASAP only to find that my shocks were completely fine and they were going to majorly overcharge me for the replacement of my shocks.not impressed by my first experience there and I will never be going back. Do not recommend

I took my vx commodore in to get a ticking sound checked after i drove it 8 hours for the first time, was told nothing was wrong everything sounds normal, i told him the sound was not normal it didnt make the sound before, he insisted that the sound was normal and everything was fine. took to another mechanic and got a list back of what was wrong with my car. The guy at ultra tune did not even bother to look over my car, was not happy at all.

Had a broken belt requiring RACQ tow, and these guys squeezed in my repair though fully booked for 3 days, so I could resume my already delayed trip home. VERY appreciative!
