Awful customer service. Staff are bigoted against people with disabilities and will berate and intimidate customers rather than make any effort to show some empathy or compassion. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

Experienced a fuel blockage and took the machine in for repair. Two days later (Excellent turn around) received a call it was ready for pick up.I attended and discovered additional work was completed that I hadn't asked to be done. (Genuine error from the workshop) Spoke to the staff and all resolved without any issue for both parties. I left the shop a happy chappy and subsequently would recommend the business to others.

After going to Sydney tools, Total Tools & Bunnings and getting no service. I went to Stihl. They didn't have what I wanted due to supply issues but the young fella working was very friendly informative and above all was happy to provide great service. I'll be back in future!

I’ve bought a Stihl MS500i and 881 through the Osborne Park and Midland Stihl shops. Very friendly and helpful people at both stores.

customer service was the best I’ve had in ages a very nice older gent, was pleasant helpful (got a free cap) even helped me out to the car, Old fashioned service, that’s why I love small business and local! Standard rubbish service from this shop. Walked in on the weekend to purchase a MS391 only a lazy $1,400 saw and was greeted with nah don't have any. I hung around in the shop for a few minutes looking at other saws hoping to get some help or at least spoken to. In the end I walked out and went and purchased a Husky 565 Auto Tune from a shop a few hundred meters away that couldn't be more helpful. Will never set foot in the shop again.

I purchased a brush cutter fs 91 from the stihl shop Midland, WA, paid $549.when starting it up according to manufacturers instructions and it had the suppliers fuel and cord in it. i found that it wasn't running properly so i stopped using it. I called the shop lachlan answered and i explained what was happening , he said bring it back and we will have a look at it. It was dropped off at the shop and a few hours later picked up. Lachlan stated that if it happens again it will have to be pulled apart and looked at. I got it home , same thing was happening so i took it back and kindly asked for a replacement. The owner Jarrod said that's how they supposed to sound he compared it with another one from the workshop. not a new one from the shelf. A Poor comparison. I have been buying stihl for 34 years and always found to be a pretty good product. However this one has let me down and the shop owner has refused to honor the warranty. He has one attempt to get it right and wont replace it because it had been used for 20 mins. It was returned with original fuel, cord, clean and 3 days after purchase then again 5 days after purchase I have travelled 1 hour each way to return this brush cutter. The shop owner is arrogant! I have made a formal complaint to the ACCC. Zero stars for this owner and shop. Oh now i notice that very recent reviews of this place indicating 5 stars. Something fishy going on from the owner of this shop. Go back to the history you will see reviews are not that close together, that in itself tells a story. Strange if a shop owner has to beg for positive reviews or get affilliates to review. (FAKE REVIEWS) Remember people if you use your machine for 10 minutes they wont warranty it.If the owner stands by his word and says that theres nothing wrong with the brushcutter Then STIHL BRUSHCUTTERS ARE RUBBISH. Shop around you'll be glad you did.

Not very knowledgeable. Tried to get some parts for a pro chainsaw which they didn't stock and had to order them in.I called back 10 days later to see when I can pick them up, only to find out they haven't even ordered them and didn't bother to call me. Poor service.Walked in the store 5kms down the road and got everything I wanted in 20 minutes.
