LJ Hooker Toongabbie

I rented through them for over 2 years, always paid the rent on time and didnt ask for a single repairs. When it came to vacation the rental manager was extremely rude in the way she communicated and deducted amount from my bond money without much explanation. She spoke to me in a really bad tone. They need to understand the place will never be as new in 2 years and will have normal wear and tear. She didnt even knew that I was paying landlord each week for mowing my lawn and wanted to deduct that too. Please stay away from them if you are a renter.

Beware! They are deceptive, un professional and have had the most complaints (LJ Hooker in general) towards a business as statistics from fair trading for the month of August 2016 of all businesses in Australia. Steer clear. You have been warned. They will never ever call you back when they say they would, their contractors are extremely poor and obviously cheap. Most of the workers they sent to do repairs" couldn't even put an english sentence together and one couldn't even speak english period! I will not name people but our agent who managed us is a compulsive liar. Please take caution when dealing with Toongabbie LJ Hooker."

They are absolute liars , please don’t trust them otherwise you have to suffer like us . What ever they say make sure take in as in written with their signatures . If not they will come up with excuses that , it is not me I didn’t say like that and this written note is not from me .We are very very upset with their behaviour. Until they receive money they act good . Once they got what they after they don’t care about others.After all this they teaches us lesson that we should never trust anyone specially this Realestate agents. We called so…… many times - Never received the calls and also Mr Warren never try to call us back on our missed calls nor they leave message very rude in behaviour.They are liars don’t go to them . I don’t want to see others in our position . If you are already with them better to choose other right Realestate agents not this Toongabbie LJhookers. What they doing to us is not fareI am taking them to fare trading and current affairs on their behaviour. No one there to question themselves on their mistakes . Very very upset with them. Never expected this from Mr Warren .

They have all been really good to deal with. They are professional, friendly, and get back to me quickly when I've sent emails. Special mention to Simon who has been a superstar and really helpful.
