Terry is a respectful man. I purchased Sungrow and Longi from him. When he called me, I was uncertain whether I should buy or not, because I have seen too many ads. Sales guys shoot me a couple of deals, and push me to buy, I hate it. While, Terry explained everything to me and make me understand what is a good product and what service they can offer.I enjoyed this experience and my system works well. I receive many credit to offset my electricity bill, this is fantastic!

Terry was very patient, honest and transparent when we were designing and selecting the solar system suitable for my property. This was very important for me as there is a lot of information, brands and regulations to navigate.After the design and system selection was completed, Terry and his team were very efficient in organising a date and time for the installation. Terry's installers were equally as friendly, professional and educated me throughout the installation process. I was able to provide input on where parts of the installation occurred.Post installation, the process to upgrade to a smart meter via my energy provider was also facilitated by Terry's and his team.Overall I am very happy with Terry and Solar Safari. Terry provided a very strong quote for a very good system. Terry's quote was one of 2 that provided the system that we needed, which demonstrates his knowledge and experience in the industry.Then his team and team lead, Lee was fantastic. They came over the day before, discussed the eventual install process for the next day. Then on the day of the installation, they all turned up at the expected time and installed the system, very much non stop from 9am to 6pm.Lee and his team took all precautions to ensure the installation was done with quality and safety in mind. Not one tile was broken and all 23 panels installed and working as soon as the system went live.Terry and Lee provided a overview of the system at the end and explained everything from how the system works to how to use the monitoring application.I would thoroughly recommend Terry and Lee for anyone looking for a Solar system.
