The Arabella North Coast Boutique Motel

We have stayed at Arabella Inn several times. The service, room and location have always been great, and this trip was exceptional. Arabella is still very comfortable, quiet and in a great location, and on this trip the service was outstanding. I have only great things to say about the staff and mote and will be back in the future.

WE first stayed at The Arabella back in Oct 2021, on our way to a family holiday. We booked 8 rooms for 3 nights and it was the perfect stop over before joining the rest of the family at a so called luxury Air BnB. The Arabella won us over from the very first stay.The Arabella is clean, tidy with good size rooms, comfy beds, lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The owner, Frances is a friendly, warm host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I had to change a couple of my bookings and each time she fulfilled my request even when it meant changing rooms to suit my elderly mothers needs.We have stayed at The Arabella 8 times in 2022 and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well presented establishment.Looking forward to many more stays. Thank you Frances for your hospitality, it is a rare attribute these days.

The accommodation at the Arabella was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is kept clean and has a lovely area for BBQs or just relaxing. The guest laundry facility was an added bonus that we appreciated.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and had a great stay at arabella north coast. The room was very comfortable and they have a nice pool area and indoor seating area with a friendly dog. The staff were lovely and were very accommodating during our stay. Would definitely recommend !

We really loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and engaging. The place was clean and quiet. Easy check in and out. The pool / bbq area is lovely. New furniture to relax on. Was nice to be able to walk next door and get whatever we needed from FoodWorks. There is also a Coles just a short drive away in nearby Alstonville. Central to most places without all the crowds. We went to Casino and Lennox Head on our stay. Would highly recommend Two Mates Brewing in Casino. Summerland Farm which is close by was good. We just went to afternoon tea. No farm patting the day we went as the keeper got bitten by a goat. Tosha Falls was nice. The walk there along the sewerage ponds fence isn’t that pleasant and it is on a slope. Just be aware. Not the best in the wet with thongs on.

Stayed here to attend Jesse and Lucy's wedding. A fantastic place to stay. Warm friendly staff, Frances and Andrew made us and all our friends feel most welcome. Sure to return.

Had a great overnight stay on my drive up to Queensland. Frances and her team were so lovely both before my visit and during my stay. Highly recommend if you want somewhere quiet, in a nice location and with clean and modern rooms. Will stay again.
