I ordered and paid for a printer cartridge on the 29th of August, now they claim same day dispatch. It is now the 5 of Sept and I have just received notice of dispatch from Epson Australia and an invoice for my purchase. I have used the Epson shop exclusively, no more, shocking service

I purchased an epson printer in July last year. Recently I needed to purchase new ink and when I did the printer would not work. I called epson and they told me to clean the head. They did not tell me that by cleaning the head that it would use all my ink ($75). I called again as it still didn’t work and now I had no ink. They said I would need to get it to an epson centre for them to look at and fix. The place was miles away and as I was working and needed the printer, I escalated my concerns to the complaints department. They did not get back to me. Today I called again and they said I would again have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to me. They are not helpful at all and some of the staff are so rude. I have had to purchase another printer and will never ever use epson again. Terrible product and service.

I bought a refurb ET5150 printer from the web-shop. Within a week it was going into error state. I then spent a month emailing tech support who were less than helpful. Finally rang support line and was trotted out same rubbish as emails. Have requested refund or replacement as printer still erratic but 4 days later no response after being told someone would respond 24-48 hours later.All in all a poor product from a lousy company with laughable support. DO NOT buy products from Epson

Purchased ET-8550 Printer in late Jun21Issues in early Aug 21 (Unit was about 60 days old.)Reported to Epson Service etc - spoke to some foreign based technician who could only read from the manual - and he even got that wrong!It is now 7 Oct 21 and matter is still not resolved.Epson Australia love sending sausage-machine emails.How do these companies get away with such shoddy pathetic, almost non-existant service levels.Please do yourselves all a big favour - and avoid this brand - they have NO SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA AND DO NOT CARE A SOD ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I have been a loyal Epson customer for my last 3 printers but my last on line order to their Epson store has blown it for me. I order ink on line because I want it delivered. If I wanted to drive down the road to get my ink I buy it at Office Works. Ordered an ink package over 2 weeks ago and only after I disputed the transaction on PayPal did Epson decide to tell me it was at my local post office. When this lot of ink is exhausted I'll be changing printer brands.

I tried to contact this Company about a printer. Their phone is diverted to a foreign country with an operator that speaks in broken English. The foreign operator knows nothing about the products and took a message. Several days later a person from Epson called me and he knew nothing and took a message. A day or two after this a salesman called me. What a nightmare having to deal with this Company. How they ever sell any products is a mystery.

In 12 months I have had two Epson Printers, I am on the 3rd now.The previous ones failed to work properly and were replaced. The model I now have will not print every line, even though the ink cartridges (expensive) are full. Have gone through all the maintenance steps, to no avail. Just using more and more ink!!! Not happy Jan....

Purchased a Epson Expression HD XP-15000 printer on the 1/9/2019, today the 12/11/2019 the duplex side of the printer will no longer work. Contacted Epson, this is what the sent me by email.According to our records this printer was purchased on 01/09/2019. It is well outside the DOA period of 30 days so we will not be providing a DOA number.The printer does come with a one year back to base warranty so can be presented to an Epson Authorised Service Agent for repair if it does have a manufacturing fault.Please see the list of EPSON Authorised Service agents in your area. We welcome you to contact one or all for quotation if your product is out of warranty.So for a printer that is just over two months old, that I paid over $440.00 for, I now have to travel over an hour to an authorised service agent to get it fixed. Had a Canon IP4600 for over eight years that only gave me trouble at the end and the closest printer that suited me was this Epson 15000. What a big mistake. Poor service, will not buy another.

I will never buy an Epson printer again. I have had nothing but ink cartridge problems each and every time and their support is an absolute joke...they send emails instead of fixing the issue over the phone and always say they will need to speak to the supervisor. I just purchased inks for $80 and they didn't work. They made me to nozzle cleans which has extracted every bit of ink and blamed me for doing too many cleans, yet I did 3 like they said. NEVER EVER BUY AN EPSON!!!!!!!
