I visited the store today and I got a consultation Luna was so helpful and friendly, I reckoned I spend an hour at the store it was an amazing experience highly recommend visiting, they have great products and beautiful customer service with a lot of samples.

Service not great. Staff members very awkward, not approachable. Unaware of current deals and we weren’t offered the complimentary samples until we asked. They seemed quite reluctant to give it to us too.
