Nice accommodation. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Well cleaned and have kitchen facilities with limited utensils.

It took me by surprise, booking on line I anticipated a facade at the front and standard rooms at the rear. These rooms are full of character and resembles an old mill with a modern touch. Love our stay here and will return to Penny Royal on our next visit to Launceston.

A beautiful tavern-inn kind of accommodation. Loved the whitewashed bricks and the heavy old-fashioned doors. The room was clean and fresh. The location is excellent with only a short walk to Cataract Gorge which ended up being one of our best experiences in Tassie.

I recieved accomodation here late last week and this place exceeded my expectations on all counts, and Donna and Pooja extended exceptional service!I noted in my reservation something along the lines of ideally having a good view and I was appropriately allocated to a room that does. I also recieved an unexpected early check in.

Rooms fit my expectations of old English village look and feel. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is a little old.One major down side is there are mosquitos in the room.

Leisure Inn Penny Royal
The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is super friendly, and it has a lovely atmosphere. A beautiful heritage room with very good amenities. Sightseeing spots and everything you need are close by. Clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant is right next door. Penny Royal Adventures is just a few minutes' walk away.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Could do with more parking for accommodation guests. Was full a few times when we came back to the accommodation.

The buildings are cute. Gothic like. But the back is a theme park. Not as noisy as I anticipated. The staff is friendly. Plenty of carparks.
