We live many hours from this business, although they were able to provide excellent customer service over the phone and via emails to make our drafts come to reality.Would definitely recommend to all. Outstanding Service, Outstanding Quality always on time and accommodating

Ethan is a legend, nothing is too much trouble for him to make sure the customer is looked after.I used them to cut an alluminium boat kit and use a third party company to fold it. The folders made a couple of mistakes and Ethan sorted it all out.He made sure everything was ready when it was supposed to be, even coming in hours earlier than opening time to make sure everything was right.I would highly recommend this business. Ethan needs a pay rise.

Was in a real bind over the Christmas break with about 10 automotive type brackets that had been cut incorrectly by another local company.Instead of having 8 holes on the correct hole PCD of 88mm the operator had incorrectly put in a PCD of 80mm.This other company was not re-opening again till the 18th of January & this job needed to be completed by the 4th of January.Long story short rang about 20 companies right up to Brisbane over 3 days this last week ~ no answers.Then on Wednesday Ethan called saying that he noticed I had called 'All Waterjet Cutting' a couple of times & could he help.I explained my predicament:Next morning [New Years Eve] 0630 Ethan came in especially, helped me get this repair back on track & was less expensive than those who screwed up.Wonderful, friendly service & so much better equipped to do more than simple jetting, that most offer.He has a new customer & is highly recommended.

Fast and friendly service.Had some porcelain tiles i needed cut neatly into a smaller hexagon shape then they already were.Good quality and a decent price. Highly reccommend.
