I have been coming to Hairhouse at Noarlunga since 2008, would not go anywhere else. The staff and owner are brilliant, knowledgeable and kind, I always feel looked after, and their range of salon product is great. Thankyou all so much, you have become like family, highly recommend

Very disappointed with the treatment I received, which was none. Arrived at the appointment just to be humiliated by the hairdresser who was more interested in her reputation as a hairdresser than myself the client. Ultimately she chose not to do my hair and I was left angry and in disbelief. She just wanted to sell me products then have me return a couple of weeks later. I have another appointment today with a different salon and will keep you updated. My photo will show my hair colour and the ponytail I asked for colour matching. Thank you for this opportunity

I got my ears pierced here when I was ten. I was super scared, but the man who pierced my ears was great at his job and very reassuring. I would recommend this to anyone I meet looking for a piercing place.

My experience was amazing! I got my belly pierced yesterday ( 28/11/2018 ) due to not eating enough I fainted while paying for it. Luckily my mother caught me and the staff where very friendly calm and helpful! They got me a drink and cooled me down until I was ready to stand up again. They where very patient and understanding and they knew exactly what they where doing!

Came in last week to find something to help take the yellow tones out of my hair. I had had a professional full head bleach a month ago and the toner had worn off and it was looking more yellow. I explained to the lady that i had really good purple shampoo at home but it just wasnt doing anything and asked her if she had heard of a black shampoo, as i was told about it at another hairdressers and i thought it might dull it down. I was given the De Lorenzo shampoo shown in the photo after the girl went out and asked her Manager if it was the correct shampoo. I also asked if I could get a lilac coloured shampoo and pointed to a purple colour on a shampoo bottle. I was given this Nak hair mask, the lady said that it looked pink in the bottle but would end up being more of a violet on my hair. I asked her if it would wash out, she said that it wouldnt stain my hair. I paid over $60 for these two products, went home and tried the hair mask - my hair turned pink and after 4 washes is still not out. Today i opened the De Lorenzo shampoo, expecting it to be black, it wasn't, it was purple just like the other purple shampoos i have at home that i have paid a lot of money for that aren't working. I seriously recommend that you give more training to your ladies in product knowledge, this isnt the first time that I have been sold something that i haven't asked for and is very dissappointing when you spend money that you cant really afford only for it to not be the right product for what you are asking.

I wanted to leave a compliment to the beautiful older lady, lee. She throughly impressed me with her efforts & work. It’s important to never judge a book by its cover, she exceeded my expectations. I have a different type of hair style and she nailed it. Thank you lee (you’re amazing!)

I had many piercings done by Fievel and she has been an amazing piercing I will continue to come her for piercings

Always have a pleasant experience at this store. The staff are super helpful and lovely - whether it comes to hair dye or piercings. Definitely recommend!
