Zero empathy from the doctors I've seen here.Dr Tofigi and Dr Malik No eye contact. This practice has some brass balls changing to a mixed billing as if it is worth money. 75 bucks to be dismissed. I cried all throughout my appt with Dr Tofigi a few times and spoke of low level suicidality not one check in or a K10. Dr Malik wasn't going to issue me a script for Codral citing you don't need one. Medicines containing codeine have needed a prescription since 1 February 2018. I paid 75 dollars for 2 minutes with this non empathic and seemingly pompus guy. Healthcare is a business here.

Terrible. Do not go here unless all you need is a medical certificate for work. My consultation was no more than 2 minutes, left feeling unheard and will probably have to visit another doctor today.

Fantastic doctors and amazing Reception team, Paul is a legend and is super helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond for patients. I was waiting on biopsy results and was understanably terrified, Paul was so kind the whole time and showed so much empathy, even emailed to let me know when my results were in, cannot thank you enough for that Paul!!LThe doctors here are kind, empathetic and care about their patients. I've been seeing Dr Malik for years now and I always felt heard and definitely NOT gaslit. Never felt judged at all

My Partner had a critical condition recently, and in order for him to see the doctor, the Practice Manager, Paul, made him pay for a cancelled appointment, which was witnessed and cooberated by the Specialist, in which care he was under at the time. Not only we have phone records that, Paul made a series of calls in order to try and drum up this unnecessary appointment. Unethical Conduct!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.Not only was I shoved in a dirty store room / bin area to complete a cervical screening, the swab was then lost between the front desk and the pathologists room in the same building. I go back the following day to do the screening again, and the next morning I get a call to say the sample was damaged / lost by the pathologist again.Simply appalling and not professional. This is a doctor, someone you should trust with your health and they can’t even move a sample from one side of their building to the other without damaging or losing it on multiple occasions.

Got charged 75$ for the consultation to ask to do blood tests, got charged another 75$ in 5 minute consultation to tell me my results were all good. Researching to see if this is acceptable behaviour and best practice - aiming to make a formal complaint against the clinic.

I really appreciate Dr Abhishek Mallik and his receptionist Paul. Dr Mallik is empathetic, honest and understands chronic illness management in a way many GP’s do not. I feel like I have a GP who *listens* to me and is willing to work with me. Paul is willing to go the extra mile when it comes to medical bureaucracy and always does it with a smile. As someone with chronic illness I’ve been to many different medical practices over the years. This clinic is the only one where I’d publicly recommend a GP and their receptionist.

I have been seeing Dr Mallick for many years now and always receive great care, also from any other Drs I have seen, not to mention the nurses are great. Unsure why this clinic as such a low score, I’d imagine many a Karen’s and Paul’s have left and reviews. Don’t let the low star rating put you off!

I am a health professional myself and i have never given any negative feedback to any other health professionals ever. But the level of frustration i had from my experience with this clinic cannot be explained. I went to see Dr Malik, after i injured my ankle at work as i was in a lot of pain .My appointment lasted less than 5 min, i had ả compression bandage on, i asked him if he would like me to take it off and examine my foot. He said no and told me it’s probably just a sprain without even inspecting or assessing my ankle which was bruised and swollen. I was send back home with a sick certificate, nil pain relief prescription , no order for any scans. I was diagnosed with Right ankle Anterior Talo Fibular ligament tear as i went to see a different GP. Never going back to this clinic .

Fantastic doctors, great service, listened, resolved in a friendly and polite manner.
