Beller Real Estate,Well I my wife and I have experience on both side of the fence, we own rental properties and we are renters ourselves. Normally the service you receive as tenants makes you feel like a criminal. The service we normally receive as owners is golden gloves. We have a jaded view of agents. Agents and agencies have never been nice or equal to deal with until we met Juliette from Beller.We have had two agents looking after us as tenants, Juliette and Chelsea. Both have been outstanding. We've used Beller Real Estate for our investment property for many years & trust they employ worthy agents. Recently we needed an apartment reno' plus new tenant & were very ably assisted by Kimberley Drew. We found her friendly, diligent, efficient & discerning. Ample viewing days were offered despite this apartment being the other side of the city from her office. Kimberley sent prompt email responses through the process & it was a pleasure to meet when checking on works. Most important of all...she took extreme care in the selection of a perfect tenant that gives us peace of mind. I have been a tenant in a property managed by Beller for over 9 years. I have found their property managers, Candice and before her, Paulina to be be very responsive to tenants needs and quick to resolve any issues. I have been a tenant for ~5 years & the property was managed by Beller the entire time. Everyone I interacted with (Andrew, Liz, Rae & Melissa) has been professional and honest, communicating very well with me. In particular, Melissa Austin has been very supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I moved out because I bought my first apartment. There were some problems with that and VCAT had to get involved. Melissa provided me with so much valuable insight as to how the industry & VCAT works. This information provided me with so much reassurance in a situation I had zero prior experience. I consider this above & beyond from Melissa because it really had nothing to do with the agreement between myself, my landlady and Beller. Thank you Melissa, if I do rent my own apartment out in the future, I will do my very best to find you :-)

I moved from NSW to VIC over a year ago and Beller Real Estate was my first Real Estate in Vic and OH MY! What an experience :) Not only were the staff friendly however, they made the process so easy and i felt so welcomed as a tenant! My Property Manager who i wish to call out Bo Natoli, was nothing short of amazing! Not only was she always there to help, nothing was ever a problem and she was always on top of everything. I am extremely grateful to have had such a wonderful property manager! Bo Natoli of Beller Real Estate has been the Property Manager of my Investment unit in Brunswick for about 3 months. In that time she has been fantastic in everything from obtaining a long term agreement for a tenant as well as the day to day of organizing Tradespeople to come out and complete jobs that need to be done.(She has trade people to deal with any job which make me feel very comfortable knowing what ever happens there will be someone to fix it.)Bo is fantastic with her communication and knowledge to ensure that everything is always under control.I could not be more happy with Bo as my Property Manager and I would recommend her to anyone looking for somebody to manage their property.

Rae is the rental manager and her service is excellent. She is prompt & efficient. The trades she sends round are similarly polite & efficient.

When we first started renting with Beller the agent was great. She (Amanda) was prompt with replying to emails and calling us back when we requested call backs. Since the new senior property manager started looking after the property it has been an absolute nightmare. Trying to get her to reply to emails or return calls has been exhausting. We handed our keys back on a Monday and did not hear from her until the following Thursday. We didn't know if we had to fix anything up at the apartment as she hadn't been in contact. She sent us our bond return forms to be filled out and then we returned them to her. After another week of no contact I checked the Bond return website to find out if it had even been lodged knowing her incompetence with previous communication. I found on the website that our bond had been rejected because the fax was not clear enough. She had not bothered to let us know that there was an issue. The complete lack of care and attention to detail is shocking. It's a shame that one bad experience has left such a bad taste. Up until this point we never had any issues with Beller or the property manager assigned to our property.

Our manager Candice Deane was fabulous and provided a first class service throughout. She has been very responsive and helpful. It is the second time we have rented through Beller Real Estate and we have had a great experience both times. I would rent through them any time again.

I would like to highly commend our Property Manager Daria Magur from Beller Real Estate for her recommendations in improving our apartment and following through with every request. She was very efficient and passionate in getting all the job requests completed and leasing our property to a quality tenant. We are very grateful and want to extend our appreciation to both Daria and Beller.
