Airb&b had many Cockroaches, mould in fridge, dirty floors and kitchen surfaces, kitchen sink and all windows, dead and living insects in living room, mouldy/musky smell, dusty surfaces and beds especially all the top linen. It’s as if no one has opened the house for several months which made it feel Unwelcoming. Amelia was rude and unprofessional. instead of rectify issues and made up stories of why we wanted to leave the accomodation instead of just listening to the actual issues. Lied to Airb&b to keep our money .
