Beaurepaires for Tyres Lismore

I went in to get a spare tyre repaired after a screw punctured it as the website clearly states this is a service Beaurepaires offer and was told by the staff it could not be done as it was too close to the wall (It was definitely not). A man claiming to be a manager from Newcastle stated that the tread on my remaining tyres was bad and that he would recommend I replace them all. After saying I wasn't interested, he told me that at least getting two would sort it out. I left feeling really uncomfortable and disrespected. The whole experience felt very manipulative and an attempt to take advantage of a woman who they thought probably didn't know any better. Upon visiting a competitor in the area, my puncture was repaired and my tyres are still on my car as there is no issue with the tread. I understand as a business sales are part of the gig but trying to take advantage of people is way out of line and just results in a poor reputation.

Had appointment booked for a week. Turned up for tyre and wheel alignment and place closed. Not notified. Went to another place and work done straight away.

The guys seemed nice enough and they did find a defect in one of my tires. I got them to order a new set and said they'll call when they came in. After not hearing anything from them I rang and they said, 'Oh yeah, they've been here for a few days.' Left the car with them and hadn't heard anything so I went in and they said they'd ordered in the wrong tires. Got them to order in another set. They put them on but didn't listen to which wheel I wanted as the spare. They said they offer free balance and rotation in 3 months so I thought I'll get them to change the spare over then. I have now called and left several messages through website and phone and even sent an email saying I wanted to book in. 3 weeks now and still waiting. Very average. Won't be going back. All I really wanted to do was put some money into the Lismore economy.

Got a set of new tyres 4 for the price of 3 and a month or so later got a screw stuck in one.Repaired for me at no cost. Very happy with service. Highly recommended

Great customer service, friendly fellas. Didn't have to wait too long...after service includes tyre rotation every 3 months ( I think) I just need to remember to go have it done..

I booked my car in for a balance and rotate. They were running on time I didn't have to wait for them to start on my car.They were so polite and prompt. I had a quick chat to the receptionist and next minute I knew it was finished. I highly recommend this business. I have been going here for over 10 years and I'm still going there.
