Their King Henry Rye loaf is amazing - a really tangy sourdough. No added preservatives, colours and is dairy and soy free.

I have 3 cafes with different vendors and reps. Paul, my CBD rep goes above and beyond for us!! He's very prompt to reply to any questions I have, and believes in old fashioned customer service. We appreciate you Paul!! Thank you :)

I’m still reeling at the shocking service I received over the phone yesterday while trying to place an order. We were told we missed the cut off time despite placing our order at 1pm (cut off is 2pm). We were given every excuse under the sun on why we missed the cut off including but not limited to; our phone displaying the wrong time. When we said we work next to the town hall clock and it was before the cut off time, we were told the town hall clock is wrong too! Anything to deflect the blame onto us, the customer! If your cut off time has changed, just tell us that!We have been a long time customer and order every day. Never before have I experienced this kind of shocking service! I was so disgusted that we have started looking into new suppliers. If this shocking service continues, we will have to switch. Not good enough Gold Coast bakery!

Absolutely rubish service. Lady on the phone is absolutely disgusting. Hangup on me multiple times and keep putting me on hold just to pretend she is busy. When I tried different number picked up in 3 seconds.Shame

- Customer service?- Never heard of it.What a terrible way to treat your customers without even trying to help or take an order. They would go above and beyond to not sell you anything. Way to go guys!

Great bakery. Well organized and neat. I learnt it is a family business that have been running for over 50 years. They bake all manner of bread. Both Aussie style and European style. The reception was very cordial and courteous. They will be serving Gold Coast and the whole of Queensland with bread much longer.

Terrible customer service. Been a loyal customer for almost 10yrs and usually my delivery has been good but on the odd occasions it has not been delivered, there is no call from anyone as to why my delivery is late, there’s no after hours number to call to chase it up, I have not seen a rep for so long I can’t remember and you call the office number to get a recorded message that you’ve called outside of office hours and leave a message for someone to get back to you, but nobody ever does. I’ve been waiting on a credit from my statement for over a month and have called 3 times now to get it sorted but it’s still on my account. I’m not looking for excuses, what I want is an after hours number to call that will be followed up or the mobile number of my delivery driver that I can call direct .

Have been looking for soy free bread for years. Thank you so much our family loves it. Please stay soy free.
