Amazing customer service. Placed my order on a Friday, received immediate confirmation. On the Monday had a call to follow up my order and where I wanted to collect the items from. I enquired on delivery options and at a reasonable fee ($22:50) they said they could ship the items. To my surprise the goods arrived the next morning (Tuesday), hand delivered to my Mums door. They had even fitted the walking stick loop to the walking stick for her. Arthritic gloves fit perfectly and are a good quality. She’s looking forward to using the can-pull and new palm grip stick. I am sure If the products are as good and efficient as the customer service, I know she’ll be very happy. Thank you Team at Coastcare Medical Equipment

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Lots of equipment and supplies on display, which is what I needed to see first hand before purchase.Needed a Bed Pad / Kylie Sheet for a close relative - these can be tricky to understand and a delicate subject. So glad Coastcare had this product in their showroom.Many thanks

Drove to Carrum Downs to purchase wheelchair only to find hand scribbled note on door that not open due to power failure. Called number and was advised to drive another 20 minutes to Mornington.Advised staff I would try again during the week and absolutely zero follow-up. Won't be going back
